Whilst browsing around yesterday I came on a short film, made by a girl called Kiri Davis. ‘A Girl Like Me’ was winner of the Media That Matters Diversity Award. As an example of a young person’s work it’s fantastic; as a message to all of us about how we negatively socialise young black kids, it’s tragic.
